We are all aware of the numerous problems face by people in rural communities which has greatly hinder development in their sphere of life. To that effect it is normal that one with a humanistic mind should show solidarity to the plight of those who happen to find themselves in such an environment/situation. Having experience life in Africa and other parts of the world, the disparity between the Rural and Urban communities in terms of development is very wide with the latter positively up in terms of development. With the intention of enhancing the livelihood of those living in rural communities, I decided to champion the course of creating a development organization with the intention of Serving Humanity with Humility. In 2010, Rural Community Development Organization (RUDEVCO) was formed as an autonomous Non-governmental and non profit making organization devoted to develop understanding among rural communities to explore, collectively, opportunities for coordination of efforts for promoting welfare and eradication of thirst, hunger, illiteracy, disease and poverty amongst rural people. I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to those who contributed to the birth of this organization and pray that they should not relent their effort in promoting the activities of this humble organization. I will also like to extend invitations to all who have a common vision to contribute in enhancing the livelihood of those living in rural communities to kindly join use in our course by becoming a member or partner. Once again let us Serve Humanity with Humility.
